4 Phases to Better Health with RealignU

Initial Phase
Assess to determine which exercises are most appropriate, and then ease into things with exercises that are more on the therapeutic side of things, like ball stretches and myofascial release. Start slowly, progress gradually and generate momentum week to week.
Increasingly better posture is a key outcome, allowing for adjustments and fine-tuning our approach.

Confidence Phase
Gradually start to blend in cardiovascular, tubing and Bowflex strengthening exercises, while still continuing with ball exercises and myofascial release from the Initial Phase.
Strengthening exercises are chosen strategically, to keep your frame in good alignment throughout, with particular emphasis on posterior chain development.

Momentum Phase
You take more ownership of your exercise program and see how the individual exercises connect to your greater health. Greater energy expenditure and less time resting between sets contributes to greater calorie burn and a leaner body mass.
Typically you will feel less strain and discomfort in this phase and recover from workouts more quickly.

Maintenance Phase
You are now ready to take complete ownership of your fitness lifestyle, and planning is geared to meeting this end. Some people want to continue the training sessions with Jeff, while others are ready to go completely on their own.
Both myofascial release and stretching exercises have reached a point where an occasional checkup is all that is needed. If an area has tightened up and needs to be blended back into their workouts, that will be done.
